Hi! We’re the Culture Catalysts.
We light the spark that ignites the company culture of your dreams
We’ll help you breathe new life into your business
You’re here because you know culture is the glue that holds your company together and that when you nail it, you and your people become unstoppable. But you’re also busy, and though you want to invest in creating an awesome company culture, maybe you don’t quite know how. Or maybe…
You’re just getting started and have the chance to build the foundation of your culture from the ground up.
You’re in a period of intense change and you see an opportunity to create cohesion.
Your team is tired and you want to ignite a sense of connection and purpose.
You’re growing fast and need to quickly convey what’s most important to your stakeholders.
If any of those ring true, we get it - and we’re here to help.
Here’s how we’ll do it
Through a clearly defined yet customizable process, we help you (re)create and amplify your company’s mission, vision, and values - while building connection and cohesion among your entire team. Our approach is…
Inclusive
Our process goes both deep and wide, inviting every person in the organization to meaningfully contribute.
Interactive
We build momentum and energy through a series of engaging activities in key moments to bring everyone along for the ride.
Efficient
We know your time is precious, so we don’t waste it. We map out a clear timeline with milestones and deliverables… and we’ll all have a lot of fun along the way.
Here’s what you’ll walk away with
By the end of the Culture Catalyst Program, your company will have both tangible and intangible goods to show for it:
The Tangibles: A clear and compelling vision, mission, and values-set that everyone is aligned on and knows how to use. Then, we’ll teach you how to sustain that energy for the long-haul with a set of specific tools that continuously generate value.
The Intangibles: You’ll reap the benefits of a team where everyone is clear, connected, aligned and energized about why you’re doing what you do, where you’re headed, and who you are as a company.
Here’s who we are
We’re former people & culture leaders who love helping other purpose-driven leaders and teams build increased trust, alignment, and connection. We’re not your average consultants - we won’t create static plans in a vacuum. Instead, we fly alongside you for the ride. We get to know you and your business goals, then design and facilitate a positive, friendly, inclusive process that brings people together and leads an energizing mission, vision and values set and sustainable, positive, long-term change.

Here’s what you can expect
“Julia and Lia facilitated discussion among management and select groups to extract the why behind the work we do every day. They created a shared set of goals that help drive company behavior and priorities, brought the team together in a positive and friendly environment, and allowed contribution from team members that might otherwise have felt left out of the process.
The Mission, Vision, and Values we created with the Culture Catalysts remain in place for the organization. They are used as evaluation criteria when screening new hires, and internally when evaluating staff and manager performance. They help drive discussion when speaking about the company with potential clients and industry peers.
At a recent company summit, a comment was made that this summit was our best because previously, it felt like we were working to find our culture, but now, it feels like we’ve done so, allowing us to become more strategic and trusting as a team. This shift would not have been possible without the process that began in the Culture Catalyst Program.”

FAQ
-
The Culture Catalyst Program is designed to be both efficient and effective, with clear milestones and a specific end date. Depending on the complexity and size of the organization and the current state of the culture, the program can take anywhere from 3 to 12 months.
-
The investment varies depending on the complexity and size of your company. After a discovery call, we'll put together a proposal that details the investment and even gives a few options for depth and total cost.
-
We find that our engagements are most impactful and sustainable when senior leaders are invested and engaged. While one designated leader works closely with us throughout the process to provide context and support, we also assemble a cross-functional working group to weigh in on important decisions at key inflection points and assist in bringing the rest of the organization along for the ride.
-
This depends on the timeline. While the working group and point person on the senior team spend the most time directly engaging with us through a series of efficiently designed virtual meetings, every person in the organization should expect to spend time on this initiative by providing feedback through surveys and participating in 1-2 virtual whole-company activation sessions.
